When you thought you’d read it all, then comes “Satan In Utah: Religious Resolution Sparks Devilish Disturbance At GOP Convention”.
I remember the years growing up as a child in a very religious (”Christian”) home, church and schools. I know what I know from experience, personal testemony. That experience leads me to state that this new story that I’ve read on American’s United [for Separation of Church and State] web site makes me feel very sad for these people who are so consumed by fear. I’m not talking about terror because of real, actual or truthfully “present” violence, but because of what I feel is a “fear (so-called) faith“.
Satan wants to destroy America? I thought “God” was reserving that right according to the dream in the book of Daniel and the prophesies in the book of Revelation. What does the Bible say about treating the stranger (alien) and visitor in your city/state/country? What about cities/states/countries of refuge?
The fact of this delegate introducing the resolution is memorable and will remain so for some time to come. Come out of it, my people. Don’t partake of the wine of religion-based fear and hate.
