Clergy and the “martial law” plan
Could martial law ever become a reality in America? Could the US Constitution be out-right suspended? What would it take to get martial law? A high level neuclear, biological or chemical attack? Or just any such thing? Would there be a required waiting period for investigation? What would life be like on the street, in the neighborhood.
