State Secrets vs. Truth/Justice/US Constitution?
If I didn’t know any better, I’d think that I was living in Communist Russia or something. I thought the US Supreme Court was beholen to the US Constitution — not “state secrets”. What’s behind the curtain? God, if you’re not dead, help us.

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Tuesday terminated a lawsuit from a man who claims he was abducted and tortured by the CIA, effectively endorsing Bush administration arguments that state secrets would be revealed if the case were allowed to proceed.
