Nov 12th - Veterans For Peace Day?
Is it time for “Veterans For Peace Day”? Seems that the presence of Veterans for Peace is in itself “inappropriate protest” according to the Denver United Veterans Council. They wanted to ban Veterans For Peace from this year’s parade. However, the Denver City Council (See how important it is to vote in local elections, even school board elections?) overruled.
Looks like Veterans For Peace will be participating (Anti-War Veterans Allowed In Veterans Day Parade), walking at the end of the parade. How fitting! Beautiful, purposful, determined, relentless, wise, and “respectful and dignified presentation of peace.” — ending the ages of the science of greed, lieing, steeling, killing… End wars with truth and PEACE.
