I think we can all agree that shipments of food stuffs which are known to be food stuffs should not sit and rot in containers, suspected hidden contraban or not.
Why isn’t humanitarian food and medicine allowed to be shipped to Haiti’s nextdoor neighbor, the Dominican Republic? After it arrives in the DR, it can be delivered to Haiti. I fail to grasp why this is so difficult to do on this relatively small island.
