SPAIN vs. IRAN
Now this is something to be happy about this new year! It’s not assured yet, but the government of Spain seems to be trying to do right in its immigration laws. We can remember the refugees being dumped in the desert last year. That wasn’t right. Some of those refugees could be fleeing the persecution they receive from their fellow Aficans just because they are gay, bisexual or transgendered. The rules of logic require such a probability.
The proposed change leaves the United States in the dust and is a welcome counter-balance to the violent anti-gay crusade and crusaders in Iran. Let us send out good vibes for Spain and its government’s exploration in becoming more humane.
