My comment:

It starts with two guys in a campus restroom. One is accused of propositioning the other. The offended student chases the accused around campus, broadcasting the accusation that a proposition had taken place. Mob-rule ensues, but mob-rule does not a civilization make.

How long will we continue to claim that Jamaican bigotry is an isolated issue? How long will we make excuses for black-on-black barbarism and hetero-supremacy? Is black masculinity so weak that it cannot simply say “no”, “no thanks”, “leave me a lone”? What character virtue is gained by causing a drama scene?

Sadly, if the case is true, it will be Jamaica’s own hetero-supremacist anti-gay social engineering that created the climate for the unwanted public restroom proposition.

Black people and people of all colors who claim to be humane citizens of the 21st Century should stay their bodies and consumer dollars out of Jamaica until Jamaica becomes civilized in its treatment of human sexuality and of gays.
