My Comment:

Interesting… They’ve already screwed the (Rainier) valley, part of Seattle’s “South-side”, with rail on surface streets, something that will not likely be tolerated in the more white, more affluent northern part of the city. Unending taxing authority, technology and design requiring unending, or increasing subsidy… and now this.

You gotta be on’em, you gotta watch’em like a hawk. And sometimes, you gotta shut’em down.
